First time donating with San Diego Blood Bank? Please select a whole blood appointment.

To donate, please:

• Check to ensure you are feeling healthy and well to donate
• Arrive hydrated with your physical photo ID (with DOB for first-time donors)
• Please allow about ~1 hour for your entire donation process
  
• Masks are optional for donors and staff
